CAUTION!
9. A hot pressure pipe must be safeguarded by the customer
to ensure that they are not a source of danger or cause in-
juries, etc.
10.
Place the pump in the tank. The two domes on the tank floor
hold the pump pressure nozzle in place. The pressure pipe
must now be connected to the pipe opening in the tank wall.
To do so, place the flexible connector over the pipe nozzle
and screw it in place with the hose clamp on the pump side
and the wing bolt clamp on the wall side.
11.
Insert the mains cable
from the pump, together with the
plug, through the ø 70 opening provid-
ed for this purpose in the lid.
Flex the sealing plug open and insert
the mains cable into it. Keep the ca-
ble in the tank sufficiently short to
allow the float switch to move freely.
The length of the cable, however,
should not prevent the lid from being attached.
12. Press the lid over the rim of the tank until the clamp connec-
tions engage. Ensure that the seal is correctly positioned
and fits tightly. Attach the pipes leading out of the tank to
the lid with the mounting clip. Reattach the cover with the
three cap head screws. Press the three black caps provided
onto the screws. Stick the "Warning. Hot surface." label to
the lid (clean the adhesive surface beforehand), so that it is
clearly visible. The Hebefix 100 H is now ready for use.
13. Refer also to the operating instructions for the pump and
the accessory parts.
Installation of special float switch
(accessory)
A special float switch enables the switching differential gap
to be reduced. It is fitted according to the instructions for the
float switch.
Installation of alarm (accessory)
The AGR alarm or the AWR washing machine shut-off valve
warn against inadmissibly high water levels in the tank. The
washing machine shut-off valve at the same time switches off
any washing machine or dishwasher that is connected. Instal-
lation is carried out by just drilling through the spot marked in
the lid compartment (Ø 13) and fitting the alarm as described in
the alarm installation instructions.
MAINTENANCE
CAUTION!
To prevent injuries due to hot media, the inlet pipe must be dis-
connected before carrying out any work on the Hebefix 100 H.
WARNING!
Always unplug the mains cable from the socket before carrying
out any work on the pump!
The system is largely maintenance-free. Clean the inside of the
tank at regular intervals.
Please carry out pump maintenance as specified in the pump
instruction manual.
