Dip

Makes 2 cups

8 ounce block sharp cheddar
2- 8 ounce packages cream cheese
1/3 cup beer
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon cayenne

Assemble the food processor ﬁVed with the shredding disk.

-

Place the cheddar cheese in the feed tube of the food processor.

-

Turn the food processor to number 3, using the pusher, shred the block of
cheese.

-

Remove the shredding disc and ﬁt the food processor with the S blade.

-

Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor.

-

With the food processor set to medium process for one minute or unKl well
combined.

-

Serve with warm pretzels.
