Makes 2 cups
8 ounce block sharp cheddar
2- 8 ounce packages cream cheese
1/3 cup beer
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon cayenne

Assemble the food processor fiVed with the shredding disk.

Place the cheddar cheese in the feed tube of the food processor.

Turn the food processor to number 3, using the pusher, shred the block of
cheese.

Remove the shredding disc and fit the food processor with the S blade.

Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor.

With the food processor set to medium process for one minute or unKl well
combined.

Serve with warm pretzels.
