Adding Phone Groups
To add a phone group:
1. From the main screen, click on
Devices
>
Phone Groups
>
Add Group
.

2. Enter a phone group name (e.g., Support) in the
Name
field.
The
Name
of the phone group cannot contain any spaces or whitespace characters.
3. Create a description of this group in the
Description
field (e.g., Support Group phones).
4. Click OK to save phone group information and return to the Phone Groups screen; click Apply to save
phone group information and remain at the current screen; click Cancel to return to the Phone Groups
screen without saving any of the information you created.
