Assign/Delete Users To/From Groups
To assign or delete a user to/from a group:
1.
In the
Security Administration
window, select the user in the menu tree.

Click on the
Member Of
tab, and click the
Assign Groups
button.

In the
Select Groups
window, click on the group in the All Groups column, then click the
“>”
button to
add the group to the user’s list. Repeat this step if you want to add the user to multiple groups.
4.
To remove a user from a group, click on the group in the Selected Groups column and click the
“<“
but-
ton.
5.
Click
OK
.
Note
If you remove an Admin user from a group with administrative privi-
leges, this will disallow some permissions for the user. To view/modify
selected user permissions, click on the
Permitted Operations for User
tab, then click the
Modify Permissions
button. The included and
excluded permissions are also listed in the Permissions for User table.
