Port Physical Performance Statistics
These statistics only appear when Port-1 or Port-2 Physical is selected from the
Performance Statistics menu. They are only available when the port is enabled.

What It Indicates
Rx Overruns
Number of receiver overruns (too many bits) on the interface.
Rx DTR Lost Events
Number of times DTR has been lost/lowered on the interface.
Rx Non-octet Frames
Number of non-octet frames received on the interface.
Rx CRC Errors
Number of cycle redundancy check errors received on the
interface.
Tx CTS Lost Events
Number of times CTS has been lost/lowered on the interface.
Tx Underruns
Number of transmitter underruns (too few bits) on the
interface.
DBM Physical Performance Statistics
These statistics only appear when an ISDN BRI DBM is installed, enabled, and
DBM Physical is selected from the Performance Statistics menu.

What It Indicates
Call Attempts
Number of unsuccessful call attempts made by the DBM.
Calls Originated
Number of successful call attempts made by the DBM.
Calls Answered
Number of successful calls answered by the DBM.
Calls Rejected
(Security)
Number of calls rejected by the DBM due to security.
Calls Rejected (Other)
Number of calls rejected by the DBM due to reasons other
than security.
Average Call Duration
(mins)
Average amount of time, in minutes, that successful calls take.
Calculation is on actual call time; it does not include security
verification, call back time, etc.
Longest Call Duration
(mins)
Amount of time spent, in minutes, during the longest
successful call. Time tracked does not include security
verification, retries, etc.
Total Call Duration
(mins)
Sum of all successful calls in minutes. Total accumulated does
not include security verifications, retries, etc.
