I/O connector output signal operation

• The ON/OFF listed in this section refers to the ON/OFF operations. It does not refer to the voltage level (High/Low).

36 SET OK OUT
The output turns ON when the file No. selection or the resetting counter type selection has completed by the
input of SET IN (No. 2).
This is one-shot output.

• SET OK OUT is a response to SET IN (No.2). To verify if the laser processing machine has entered into the lasing
ready state (trigger input acceptance state), check by READY OUT (Y6).
• Set the output time of the one-shot duration on the environment setting screen. The setting range is 20 ms to 510 ms.
The initial setting value is 40 ms. One-shot output time has a small margin of error for the setting value.
37 OUT COM.: Output common
The common terminal for each output of the I/O terminal and I/O connector.
This terminal and OUT COM. (Y2, X12, X15, X18) of I/O terminal are the common terminal connected
internally.
In case of NPN connection, this terminal is connected to the “- (minus)” side of power which is used for
control. In case of PNP connection, this terminal is connected to the “+ (plus)” side of power which is used for
control.
For details on the connection, refer to “4-3-2 Connecting common terminals” (P.100).

• Do not invert the power wiring of I/O terminal and I/O connector. It may cause a failure.
• When OUT COM. (Y2, X12, X15 or X18) of I/O terminal is connected to the power supply, it is not necessary to supply
the power to the other OUT COM. on I/O connector.
