4-5 Shutter Close Output
To monitor the shutter close state, independent double output signals of SHUTTER CLOSE 1 OUT and SHUTTER CLOSE
2 OUT are equipped on the controller.
Connect these signals to the external safety control unit to ensure the shutter status of the laser system.
4-5-1 Shutter close output terminal
Shutter close output terminal is equipped on the rear side of the controller.

SHUTTER CLOSE 2 OUT (No. 3).
2 SHUTTER CLOSE 1 OUT Both SHUTTER CLOSE 1 OUT and SHUTTER CLOSE 2 OUT turn ON
when the shutter in the head is closed.
Connect these signals to the external safety control unit, such as a safety
PLC, to construct the safety monitoring system.
SHUTTER CLOSE 1 OUT and SHUTTER CLOSE 2 OUT will be output
by the same operation, but their output timing has a margin of error.
While SHUTTER CLOSE 1 OUT and SHUTTER CLOSE 2 OUT are
turned ON, the LED indicators on the rear of the controller light up.

4-7 N.C. Do not connect anything.
