Y12 WARNING OUT
Output OFF at warning occurrence.
Contents of warning are indicated by codes in file No./error code indicator of the controller.
Refer to “Error Indication” (P.168) for contents of warning.
Y13 ALARM OUT
Output OFF at alarm occurrence. When an alarm occurs, laser supply turns OFF.
Contents of alarm are indicated by codes in file No./error code indicator of the controller.
Refer to “Error Indication” (P.168) for contents of alarm.
Y14 LASER SUPPLY OUT
To show the on/off state of the laser supply by using the external warning light or other indicator, connect this
terminal to them.

• To confirm if the laser pumping is completed, use LASER STANDBY OUT (Y9).

• Set the output time of the one-shot duration on the environment setting screen. The setting range is 20 ms to 510 ms.
The initial setting value is 40 ms. One-shot output time has a small margin of error for the setting value.

Laser processing machine operation when functions for safety measures are input
If INTERLOCK or LASER STOP 2A/2B IN is opened, regardless laser emission ON/OFF status, the laser is powered OFF
and the shutter is closed.
The operation behavior of LASER STOP 1A/1B IN varies depending on the laser emission ON/OFF status.
