0V stop may occur if the "preset frequency 2 to 8 is set to 000", the
"bias frequency is set to 0Hz or less" or the "gain frequency is set to
000".
(When changing the above data or changing to the above data, the
motor will start and stop simultaneously with the setting of the data, so
always ensure surrounding safety.)
