Zoom Lens with DC motor, the Fixed-focus Lens
This section describes the operating procedure when the Zoom Lens (Model No.: ET‑D75LE6, ET‑D75LE8,
ET-D75LE10, ET-D75LE20, ET-D75LE30, ET-D75LE40, etc.) in which the DC motor has not been replaced
with the stepping motor unit is attached, or when the Fixed‑focus Lens (Model No.: ET‑D75LE50, ET‑D75LE95,
ET‑D75LE90, etc.) without the zoom function is attached. Refer to “Zoom Lens with the stepping motor”
(

page 155) when a projection lens with stepping motor is attached.
1) Press
as
to select [LENS].
2) Press the <ENTER> button.

The
[LENS]
screen is displayed.
3) Press
as
to select [LENS CALIBRATION].
4) Press the <ENTER> button.

The confirmation screen is displayed.
5) Press
qw
to select [OK], and press the <ENTER> button.

The lens calibration is started. Perform the calibrations for the lens shift, focus, and zoom when the
Zoom Lens is attached. Perform the calibrations for the lens shift and focus when the Fixed-focus Lens is
attached.

After completing the calibration in the adjustment range, the projection lens will move to the home position.

To cancel, select [CANCEL].

[LENS CALIBRATION] cannot be executed when the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu
→
[LENS]
→
[LENS TYPE] is set to [NOT SELECTED].

[PROGRESS] is displayed in the menu during lens calibration. The operation cannot be canceled during calibration.
f
[INCOMPLETE] is displayed when the lens calibration is not performed correctly.

The origin position of the lens mounter and the home position of the projection lens are automatically updated when the lens shift calibration
is performed. The home position is an origin position of the lens shift (vertical position and horizontal position of the lens) based on the
calibration result. It does not match with the optical image center position.

The home position varies depending on the projection lens type. For details, refer to “Lens shift range” (
x
page 77).
Zoom Lens with the stepping motor
This section describes the operating procedure when the standard DC motor unit installed in the Zoom Lens
(Model No.: ET‑D75LE6, ET‑D75LE8, ET‑D75LE10, ET‑D75LE20, ET‑D75LE30, ET‑D75LE40, etc.) is replaced
with the stepping motor unit using the Stepping Motor Kit (Model No.: ET‑D75MKS10), or when a projection lens
with the stepping motor is attached.
1) Press

to select [LENS].
2) Press the <ENTER> button.

[LENS]
screen is displayed.
3) Press
as
to select [LENS CALIBRATION].
4) Press the <ENTER> button.

The
[LENS CALIBRATION]
screen is displayed.
5) Press
as
to select an item.
[SHIFT/FOCUS/ZOOM]
Executes the calibrations for the lens shift, focus, and zoom.
After completing the calibration in the adjustment range, the projection lens will move to the home
position.
[SHIFT/FOCUS]
Executes the calibrations for the lens shift and focus.
After completing the calibration in the adjustment range, the projection lens will move to the home
position.
[ZOOM]
Executes the calibration of the zoom adjustment range.
6) Press the <ENTER> button.

The confirmation screen is displayed.
7) Press

to select [OK], and press the <ENTER> button.
