[SSID]
M-DIRECTxxxx
(xxxx is the last four digits of the network ID. The network ID is a fixed value assigned to each product. The
network ID can be confirmed in the standby screen projected when switched to Panasonic APPLICATION
input.)
[CHANNEL] 1
[KEY] M-DIRECTxxxx (the same character string as [SSID])
Setting [USER]
1) Press

to select [WIRELESS LAN].
2) Press

to select [USER].
3) Press the <ENTER> button.

The [WIRELESS LAN] screen is displayed and the search result of SSID is displayed. Maximum number of
SSID that can be detected at once is 50 (maximum of 5 pages).

Currently selected SSID is always displayed at the top, and

mark is displayed at the left.

A key icon is displayed for the encrypted SSID.
f
The antenna level of each SSID is indicated with the number of
r
. More the number indicates higher the
antenna level.

To search the SSID again, press the <DEFAULT> button.
4) Press

to select the SSID to connect from the search result, and press the <ENTER> button.

To set the SSID without selecting from the search result, select [OTHER].

The [WIRELESS DETAILED SETUP] screen (1/2) is displayed.
5) Press

to select an item, and change the setting according to the operation instruction of the
menu.
[SSID]
Enter the same string as the SSID registered to the access point.
This item can be set when the SSID with the

mark at the top was selected in Step 4) , or when
[OTHER] was selected.
[AUTHENTICATION]
Select the user authentication method used in the network to which the projector is connected.
[OPEN]
Select this item when the authentication method for the access
point is Open System.
[SHARED]
Select this item when the authentication method for the access
point is Shared Key.
[WPA-PSK]
Select this item when the authentication method for the access
point is WPA-PSK.
[WPA2-PSK]
Select this item when the authentication method for the access
point is WPA2-PSK.
[WPA-EAP/WPA2-EAP]
Select this item when the authentication method of the access point
is WPA-EAP/WPA2-EAP.
[WPA-EAP]
Select this item when the authentication method for the access
point is WPA-EAP.
[WPA2-EAP]
Select this item when the authentication method for the access
point is WPA2-EAP.
[ENCRYPTION]
Select the encryption method used for the communication between the projector and the network.
[NONE]
Select this item not to use encryption.
This item can be selected only when [AUTHENTICATION] is set to
[OPEN] or [SHARED].
[WEP]
Select this item when the encryption method is WEP.
This item can be selected when [AUTHENTICATION] is set to
[OPEN] or [SHARED].
[TKIP]
Select this item when the encryption method is TKIP.
This item can be selected when [AUTHENTICATION] is set to
[WPA-PSK], [WPA2-PSK], [WPA-EAP], or [WPA2-EAP].
[AES]
Select this item when AES is used as the encryption method.
This item can be selected when [AUTHENTICATION] is set to
[WPA-PSK], [WPA2-PSK], [WPA-EAP], or [WPA2-EAP].
[DEFAULT KEY]
Set one of numbers from [1] to [4] as the default key.
This item can be set when [AUTHENTICATION] is set to [OPEN] or [SHARED], and [ENCRYPTION]
is set to [WEP].
