Follow the steps below for LAN Settings:

Click
Utility
in the menu bar.

Select
LAN Settings
.
3.
Edit parameters in the
LAN Settings
dialog box.
4.
To change the port number, click
Advanced Settings
, otherwise click
OK
to finish.
5.
Enter the port number that will be used when connecting to the VPS via the KX-TVA Maintenance
Console, then click
OK
.
6.
Click
OK
.

The port number setting is used for both LAN and modem connections to the VPS.
•
Consult the LAN administrator for the appropriate settings.
•
The VPS must be restarted after these settings are changed in order for them to take effect.
Automatic or manual IP address assignment
If the VPS is connected to a network with a DHCP server, you can program the VPS to receive an IP address
automatically.
