2.7 Reports
The System Administrator can generate various system reports in order to monitor VPS operations.
Reports can be displayed on a PC, printed, or exported.

Follow the steps below to use Reports.
[Viewing a Report]
1.
Select the desired report in
Reports
screen.
2.
Enter or select any additional information if needed.
3.
Click
View Report
.
[Switching Between Graph and Table View]
Select either "Table" or "Graph" next to
View As:

The following reports can be viewed as either of Table or Graph format:

Call Account Report (Group calls by Port)
b.
Call Account Report (Group calls by Mailbox)
c.
Port Usage Report
d.
HDD Usage Report (KX-TVA200 only) or Memory Card Usage Report (KX-TVA50 only)

Mailbox Usage Report

[Printing a Report]
1.
Click the print icon.
2.
Navigate to the printer to print a report
[Exporting a Report]
1.
Click the export icon.
2.
Specify or navigate to the folder where to export a report.
Report Data Clear
For each report, all data can be cleared. Follow the steps below to clear all report data.
1.
Click
Report Data Clear
tab at the bottom of
Report
screen.
2.
Select the desired report from
Report Parameters
.
3.
Click
Report Data Clear
