Service

This chapter covers the replacement of External Return Bin (ERB) components.

Preparation

1. Perform a graceful shutdown of the cabinet.

2. Unplug the cabinet power cable.

3. Remove the contents of the ERB before doing service.

4. [Optional] Remove the ERB from its mounting.

Return Door Solenoid

1. Open the access door with

keys

#2204 (unlocks access door) and #2202 (overrides access door

solenoid).

2. Open the return door by pushing the pawl of the solenoid to the left and lifting the handle.

Note:

Check the PCB light through the metal plate before replacing the board. A green light indicates

proper operation. A red light or no light indicates there is problem.

Important:

A pharmacist or other designated person must be present during this process.
