Chapter 9 Troubleshooting
Image cannot
be recorded or
retrieved. ERROR (MP1) An attempt was made to
retrieve a unsupported file. Stop inspection and turn the
instrument off then on again.
An attempt was made to
insert or remove a
recording card or USB
memory while recording a
movie.
THIS IMAGE
CANNOT BE
RETRIEVED. An attempt was made to
retrieve files recorded in
different TV formats. Ensure that the files to be
retrieved employ the same
TV format.
The image has not been
recorded with the IPLEX
FX. Only images recorded with
the IPLEX FX can be
retrieved.
When retrieving an image
file that has been either
moved or copied from a
recording card or internal
memory to a USB memory. Move or copy moving
images from a recording
card or internal memory to a
USB memory to play on a
computer.
RECORDING
MEDIA NOT
READY. An attempt was made to
access the recording media
while no recording media
was inserted. Or, the
recording media was
removed during operation. Insert a recording card or
USB memory to use and
restart operation.
RECORDING
MEDIA ERROR. The recording media is not
formatted or the data being
accessed is damaged. Format the recording card or
USB memory with the IPLEX
FX.
RECORDING
MEDIA FULL. The recording media is full. Delete unneeded data to
free up space or replace with
new media.
An attempt was made to
create a new folder while
the card already contains
the maximum number of
folders. Reduce the number of
folders or use new media.
An attempt was made to
record an image file while a
file with the maximum serial
No. already exists in the
folder. Record the image file in a
new folder or use new
media.
