3.3.3 Percent Mode
Use this mode to measure the weight of a sample as a percentage of a reference
weight. Refer to Section. 3.5.3 to set Percent Mode On.

APW Optimization
APW Optimization automatically adjusts the Average Piece Weight when a sample
size between one and three times the original sample size is placed on the pan. The
display shows APW.OPT each time the APW is optimized.

Count must be SET ON before APW Optimization is SET ON. APW Optimization
settings are found in the Mode Sub-menu. The factory default for APW Optimization
is On.
Since the weight of each piece varies
slightly, APW Optimization may be used
to increase the accuracy of the count.
