PC software & firmware
1. Connect clamp pincer CP 10 / CP 20 / CC 20 and PC with the USB connection.
2. Remove battery (Fig. 5/1) from clamp pincer.

3. Hold down the START button (Fig. 6/2) and
reinsert battery (Fig. 6/1) at the same time. The
status LEDs will blink red.

4. Start the PC software and click on the "FW
Update" button in the "Firmware" tab.

If the “FW update” button is pressed before the device has switched to transfer mode, the “No device found”
advice window is displayed, with information on how to proceed (see below).
