Tech Support will forward this information to the RMA Administrator who will
contact the customer to issue the RMA number.

The customer must carefully package the product in an antistatic container.
Failure to package in antistatic packaging will VOID all warranties. Then
package in a safe container for shipping.

Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container.

6.

The customer pays for shipping to Octagon. Octagon pays for shipping back to
the customer.

7.

Other conditions and limitations may apply to international shipments.
