Open the door to the paper com-
partment on the print station.

Press the green 'Down' button at 
the left of the middle paper tray.

The paper tray moves 
down.

Note:

You can use the 

green 'Stop' button to stop 
the paper tray before the 
paper tray reaches the 
lowest position.

Put the tab sheets face down into 
the middle paper tray. 

Put the sheets to copy first 
on top of the stack.

Press the 'Tab' button next to the 
middle paper tray.

If you need a different size 
of paper, turn the green 
knob at the right-hand side 
of the paper tray. See the 
figure above. Make sure 
that guide plate touches the 
stack of paper. See also the 
sticker in the paper com-
partment.

Press the green 'Up' button at the 
left of the middle paper tray.
