System Manager and Paper Manager

You can access the 'System manager' and the 'Paper manager' from the main
screen.

[70] System Manager and the Paper Manager

Information about the paper in the paper trays

Three icons in the paper section show the three paper trays. You can see the
paper level in the paper trays.

[71] Information about the paper in the paper tray

Note:

If a paper tray runs out of paper during a job, another paper tray with

the same type of paper is automatically selected. The job continues.

Function

Description

'System manager'

allows you to define the behaviour of the
Océ VarioPrint 2105 and to select the shut-
down function.

'Paper manager'

allows you to define the paper settings for
each tray.

Number

Description

If a paper tray is nearly empty, the sheets in the tray become
orange

If a paper tray is empty, the tray becomes orange

If the upper paper tray contains inserts, an insert icon is dis-
played behind the tray icon

If the middle paper tray contains tab sheets, a tab sheet icon
is displayed behind the tray icon.
