Océ VarioPrint 2105 Job manual

You can view the 'Basic settings' or navigate to 'Original' and 'Print ' settings in 
the appropriate menus.

How to move a job to the mailbox

Press the key above the 'Job queue', the job queue opens.

Select a job in the job queue.

Press the key for 'Move to mailbox'. The job is removed from the job queue and 
placed at the top of the list in the local mailbox.

Note:

You can not move a current print job to the mailbox.

How to move a job to the top of the job queue

Press the key above the 'Job queue', the job queue opens.

Select a job in the job queue.

Press the key for 'Move to top'. The selected job moves to the top of the queue 
below the currently printing job. 

Note:

You can not interrupt the current print job. 

How to hold a job in the job queue

Press the key above the 'Job queue', the job queue manager opens.

Select a job in the job queue. 

3

Press the key for 'Hold'.

Note:

A job with destination 'Print tray' is automatically put on hold (there is 

no sensor in the print tray to guard the contents. The operator must empty the 
print tray and release the job).

Result

The selected job is put on hold. The Océ VarioPrint 2105 stops at the job on 
hold if the setting 'Processing' is set to 'Keep sequence'. If the setting 
'Processing' is set to 'Keep going', the Océ VarioPrint 2105 does not stop for 
the job on hold. The other jobs may move over the job on hold. (see ‘Adjust the 
Océ VarioPrint 2105 for daily use’ on page 48) for complete information.

Note:

If the job is put on hold, the 'Hold' key changes into the 'Release' key.
