The scan-to-file function

Types of scan-to-file settings

Introduction

When you select a scan profile on the operator panel of the Océ VarioPrint
2105 , you can edit the job settings in the 'job editor'. A number of settings in
the scan profile is fixed, but you can influence certain job settings (settings of
the original).

The settings available for scan-to-file jobs are grouped in the following
sections for the 'Original'.

■

'Basic settings'

■

'Source'

■

'Sheet'

■

'Layout'

■

'Image'.

The settings available for the target 'Scan' are the following.

■

'Basic settings'

'Target'

■

'Sheet'

■

'Image'.

Note:

The settings that you change are only valid for the job that you create at

that time. The settings remain unchanged in the scan profile. To change the
scan profiles, you need to download the sjt.csv file (Scan Job Ticket).
Download the scan profiles
You change the data in the sjt.csv file (Scan Job Ticket) on your work station
and upload the modified file to the Océ Smart Imager.Upload the scan profiles
