Settings

Definition

'Type'

You can not change this output setting for the 
scan-to-file function. The setting is always 
fixed for scan-to-file jobs. This setting can 
only be modified if you use the 'Copy job' or 
'Scan job' template.
The (read-only) options are the following.

■

'File'

■

'Local mailbox'

■

'Paper'. 

'Scan overview'

This setting gives you read-only details with 
respect to the following aspects.

■

'File name'. The unique identifier of the 
scan job.

■

'File format'. This value is either PDF or 
TIFF.

■

'Resolution'. This value is 300 dpi or 
600dpi.
