WARNING:
Use the fixing plates (
Fig. B
), which locks the tyre changer on the pallet,
for fixing the machine on the ground after unpacking.

Slide the tyre changer sideways from the pallet with the greatest care.
N.B.: Keep the packing material out of the reach of children as it can be a
source of danger.
Take the packing materials to an appropriate solid waste disposal pick up point
if they are polluting or non-biodegradable.
6.3 ASSEMBLY
1)
Set up the vertical post (

) on the body (

) and fix it with
nuts and washers (
3, Fig. C
).

Fix the lubricator and regulator unit (
4, Fig. C
) to the vertical post by using
the screws (
5, Fig. C
).

Use the lever (

) to lock the hexagonal arm in the limit (fully up)
position.

Use a size 6 spanner to undo the screw which fixes the knob (

).

Fit the spring onto the hexagonal post.
Place the knob on the post and keep it pressed down slightly to allow it to be
secured using the screw removed earlier. Tighten fully.

Release the hexagonal arm.
7)
Screw the arm position regulator handle onto the vertical post (
see Fig.
E
).
8)
Fit the tyre paste container support ring (

) into the holes pro-
vided on the right-hand side of the tyre changer.

Remove the countersunk cap screw (

), the washer (
10, Fig. F
) and
the self -locking nut (
11, Fig. F
) from the bead loosener shoe, taking care to
keep the two shimming washers (

) in place.

Position the shoe on the bead loosener arm (
see Fig. F
), taking the utmost
care to keep the two shimming washers in their correct positions.

Fix the shoe to the arm with the previously removed countersunk cap screw
and the relative nut and washer (
see Fig. F
).
6.4 FIXING TO THE GROUND
1)
Prepare the following tools:
N. 1 - Hex spanner 13
N. 1 - Electric drill
N. 1 - Concrete drill bit diam. 13 long
N. 2 - Metal expansion screw anchors 13x50
N. 2 - M 8 x 50 anchor screws.
