Maintenance

PRINT ROLLER REPLACEMENT

WARNING!
Risk of burning injuries from a hot print head.
► Ensure that the print head has cooled down before cleaning it.

The print roller is held in plase by a bayonet coupling and can be replaced without any tool.

Procedure

Disassembly

Switch off the printer and disconnect from the power.

Open the print head pressure lever.

Remove material from the printer.

Unfasten the knurled screw (A) in the middle of the tear-off edge (B). Remove the tear-off edge

Rotate the print roller (A) until the bayonet coupling is visible (picture below, detail).

Press the print roller firmly in up to the stop, then turn it to the left and pull it out (picture above, A).
