Repeat steps 6 to 10 for the fifth and sixth hard drives.
Result:
The pre-upgrade hard drives (fourth, fifth, and sixth) are online,
and the first three hard drives are disconnected and offline.

Press Esc to return to the administration pop-up menu.
Result:
You return to the administration pop-up menu.

Press Esc to return to the main menu.
Result:
You return to the main menu.

Press Esc to return to the RAID controller selection window.
Result:
You return to the RAID controller selection window.

Press Esc to exit the Mylex RAID EzAssist program.
Result:
A message appears indicating that you are about to exit RAID
EzAssist and asking for confirmation.

Select Yes, and then press Enter.
Result:
A message appears indicating that you can either power off the
system or select OK to reboot.

Power off the server.
To verify that the pre-upgrade hard drives are functioning
properly

Power up the CallPilot server, and then log on to Windows NT.

Wait for the System Ready Indicator dialog boxes to indicate that
CallPilot is ready to accept calls. This can take up to 15 minutes.

Test the CallPilot system. See Chapter 5, “Testing the CallPilot
installation,” in Part 3 of the
CallPilot Installation and Configuration
binder.

Do one of the following:
If the system is still not working properly, then there may be a RAID,
hard drive, or software problem with the old data. Contact Nortel
Networks technical support.
