Lead/Lag Calibration
NOTE:
It may be necessary to adjust lead/lead calibration in instances where there is an extreme
difference in viscosity regarding high and low volume materials. Adjustment of lead/lag calibration optimizes
the m ix of material.
1. Loosen lead/lag jam nut (1).
2. Adjust lead/lag nut (2).
3. Tighten lead/lag jam nut (1) until it is snug.
4. Repeat steps 1 through 3 until optimal material mix is achieved.
Flow And Volume Adjustment
Linear Speed Control Calibration
1. Utilize a 1/8 inch or 3 mm hex key, adjust the air cylinder flow control valve in the open position.
WARNING:
Slowly adjust the flow control valve at ¼ turn intervals until the desired dispense speed is
obtained.
NOTE:
The air cylinder flow control valve must be in the open position to accommodate functioning
of the
linear speed control. The flow control valve positioned closest to the gravity tank
bracket is utilized to
control the dispense speed.
2. Set the linear speed control dial to 0.
3. Adjust the linear speed control dial until the desired dispense speed is obtained.
