Connect the 6-pin Tower on
C12
to the 6-pin
Shroud on
C04
at the rear of the sprayer
(

).

Tee two of the tee-type connectors (MAIN
UP and MAIN DOWN) on
C12
between the
matching
sprayer
main
boom
valve
connections. For each tee, the function is
labeled on the branch wire.
9.
Unplug the sprayer left and right boom valve
connections and connect the 2-pin Shrouds
(LEFT UP, LEFT DOWN, RIGHT UP and
RIGHT DOWN) on
C12
to the appropriate
connectors on the cab side. Each function is
labeled on the wire. The sprayer connectors
on the valve side are left unconnected.
10.
Connect the 6-pin Tower on the valve cable
(
C03
) to the 6-pin Shroud on
C12
.
11.
The 6-pin Shroud on
C12
has a screw
terminal that must be connected to the frame
of the sprayer. There must be a good
electrical connection between this terminal
and the frame.
Depending on the valve block part number,
the “UP” and “DOWN” connectors will be on
opposite sides of the block.

The connectors on the valve cable (
C03
) are
marked
RIGHT UP
,
LEFT UP
,
RIGHT
DOWN
and
LEFT DOWN
.
•
Cables labeled with
DOWN
go on the same
side as the hydraulic hoses on the
44933D
block.
