Proximity technical description and troubleshooting

Context

RM-779 uses DiPro sensor with external IR-LED as a proximity sensor. IR-led acts as a transceiver and DiPro

receives the infrared signal reflected from the surface which is inside the proximity detection range. A

problem in proximity can be caused by the DiPro, IR-led or other hardware, or it can be a mechanical problem.
