Illumination

Display backlight illumination

There are 6 LEDs in Maddox LCD display, two LEDs in series and three LED lines. There is a 5-channel high side

WLED driver, ANT drives the LEDs and the driver enable/PWM signal, CABC comes from the Maddox display

module.

Key illumination

MENU, SEND and END keys illumination is supported and is handled by RGB 3-channel LED driver, NJOY. One

white LED (V2401), one green LED (V2403) and one red LED (V2402) are used for MENU, SEND and END keys

illumination. The white LED is connected to the B channel, the green LED to the G channel, and the red LED

to the R channel of the NJOY LED driver.

Charging illumination

The MENU key white LED (V2401) is used for charging indication.
The MENU key white LED is connected to the B output of the NJOY LED driver and glows for indicating USB

charging controlled by SW and when the charging indication not yet appears on the display. This LED is also

connected to Gazoo/Pearl CHIND pin which turns the LED on during dead battery USB charging.
