Stabilizer Down Relief
Valve (RV2)
Stabilizer Extended Pressure
Switch (PS-SE) is on this
side of block toward bottom.
4. Loosen locknut on pressure switch adjusting screw, Figure 3
5. While an assistant holds the PLATFORM toggle switch in the UP
position, find the point at which the platform starts to raise as the
adjustment is unscrewed.
6. Once the trip point has been found, unscrew an additional 1/4 turn from
this point and tighten locking nut (to no more than 10 in. lbs torque)
while holding screw in this position (700-800 psi setting). Do not
over-tighten or locknut will be damaged.
4.3.9 Lift Cylinder Flow Control Valve
The lift cylinder flow control valve is located in the check valve assembly
plumbed to the base of the lift cylinder. See fig. 4.
1. Raise platform to maximum extent, then lower to full down position.
Check time taken to move from full up to full down.
2. If time is greater than 130 seconds or less than 110 seconds, raise
platform sufficiently to gain access to flow control valve.
3. With platform stationary, using a 3/16” hex wrench rotate the screw
of flow control clockwise for decreased speed; counter-clockwise for
increased speed. Rotate the body in increments no greater than 1/8” at the
circumference.
