Movement
Erratic character movement when the controller is in a neutral
position:
•
Power OFF the console. Make sure the control sticks are in the
neutral position. Power ON the console.
Wii Remote motion issue when in neutral/flat position:
•
The motion sensor may be stuck. To free the motion sensor,
tap the button side of the Wii Remote against the palm of your
hand without using much force.
Erratic cursor:
•
There is an IR camera on the end of the Wii Remote that
detects IR lights on the sensor bar to position the cursor on
the TV screen. Verify the following:
•
Bright sunlight or bright lights are not above or behind the
Fun Center unit.
•
The end of the Wii Remote is free of obstructions and
contamination (stickers, heavy smudges, misaligned Wii
Remote Jacket).
•
The sensor bar is working – use a digital camera to take a
picture. There should be five lights on each end of the
sensor bar.

Contact your IT department or system administrator if you have
any issues with connecting to the Internet.
