BRUSH MOTOR DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY (For CA 451, CA 531, CA 551)

Disassembly

Remove the deck (see the procedure in the relevant paragraph).

At the workbench, remove the screw (A).

Remove the hub assembly (B) with a puller.

Remove the screws (C).

Remove the reduction unit (D) with the relevant wiring harness.

Recover the key (E).

If necessary, remove the solution hose (E).

If necessary, remove the motor wiring harness (G).

Assembly

Assemble the components in the reverse order of disassembly.
