Check power supply and CAN Bus connections to the

PLC are not communicating
Ensure Boom 3 Inclination Sensor is plugged in.
Check power supply and CAN Bus connections to the
Boom 3 Inclination Sensor

The Chassis Inclination Sensor and
PLC are not communicating
Ensure Chassis Inclination Sensor is plugged in.
Check power supply and CAN Bus connections to the
Chassis Inclination Sensor

The drive joystick trigger is: being
held too long before motion is
requested; obstructed; or it has
failed
Hold trigger for only a few seconds prior to requesting
motion. Remove objects that are obstructing the
trigger.
Replace the drive joystick

The Chassis Inclination Sensor is at
an angle side to side across the
machine that is too great to allow
zero to be set
Move the machine to firm level ground (e.g. Concrete
factory floor) before entering the code to zero the

Return the Boom 3 (upper) Paddle to neutral and
attempt to operate Boom 3 again.
Check the connector to the Boom 3 Paddle is secure.
Replace the Boom 3 Paddle

There is a problem with the signal
from the Boom 2 (lower) Paddle in
the cage
Return the Boom 2 Paddle to neutral and attempt to
operate Boom 2 again.
Check the connector to the Boom 2 Paddle is secure.
Replace the Boom 2 Paddle.
