§4 SUB TROUBLESHOOTING

4.1 Initialization screen does not appear on the CB display.

Is the voltage between A1-B3 pins of connector J3 on
the RB I/F board (34085-BA22) DC+15V?

Does cable CB break?

Is the voltage between A1-A6 pins of connector P14 on
the LINK board (34085-BA14) DC+15V?

Does the backlight of the color LCD module light up?

Is cable LCD3 (34085-E305) disconnected from the
connector?

Replace cable CB.

Replace the LINK board (34085-BA14). (See 6.21.)

4.1.1 Backlight of the color LCD module does not light

up.

Reconnect cable LCD3 (34085-E305).

Yes

Is the voltage between 1-3 pins of connector J3 on the
CB main board (34085-BA11) DC+3.3V?

Replace the CB main board (34085-BA11). (See 6.19.)

Yes

Replace the RB I/F board (34085-BA22). (See 6.27.)

Obtain the specified voltage.

Is the power supply voltage within the specified range?

Is the voltage between 1-2 pins of connector P8 on the
RB I/F board (34085-BA22) AC24

3V?

Replace the RB (34085-5000).

Yes

Does the fuse of the RB blow?

Replace the fuse of the RB.

Yes

Is the voltage setting of the RB correct?

Set the correct voltage of the RB.
