MAINTENANCE

3.1

Troubleshooting

In the event that the blocker does not work correctly, correct the problem according to the following
table before contacting NIDEK or your authorized distributor.

If the symptom cannot be corrected with the above actions, contact NIDEK or your authorized distributor.

Symptom

Actions

The blocker does not work at all.

 • Make sure that the power cord is properly connected.
 • Make sure that the voltage applied to the outlet is within the range specified.
 • Check the fuses. If the fuses are blown, replace them with new ones.

See “3.2 Replacing Fuses” (Page 58) for fuse replacement.

The lens cup is not inserted into the 
cup holder smoothly or is detached 
easily.

 • Adjust the plunger of the cup holder.

See “3.4 Adjusting Cup Holder” (Page 60) for plunger adjustment.
