[ENG] 11.3. [DKSF 48.4 IU] Is It Possible to Reproduce IR Commands through SNMP?
IR commands can be reproduced through an SNMP protocol. A necessary information is in the MIB file, corresponding to the used firmware version
of the NetPing device. It is possible to download the MIB file from the page of a description of a device at the company's website
http://www.netpingdev
. It is possible to record commands using a device web interface only.

Reproducing IR commands through the means of an SNMP protocol:
Before issuing an IR command, make sure that a transceiver is in a standby mode, reading the status through the OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.25728.7900.1
. A value of a status «
» and «
» means that IR transceiver is ready to reproduce an IR
.3.0
commandCompleted (0)
commandAccepted (2)
command;
To issue an IR command, write a command number (a number of a cell with a saved command) into the OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.25728.7900.1.1.0;
If a transceiver is in a status of an error, a reset is performed by writing a value « » into the OID
(works for the IR
1
.1.3.6.1.4.1.25728.7900.1.2.0
extension module IRC-TRv1);
After a reset, there is a need to wait until an IR module is ready, reading its status. If repeated reproducing of an IR command does not break a
logic of equipment operation, then it is better to repeat issuing a command 2-4 times, each time checking a readiness before issuing a command.
All statuses of an IR extension module can be seen in the MIB file
(OID «
»), which is available for downloading at
