In table 5-14, the monitor is disconnected from an AC power source and the
ON /STDBY switch has no effect.

Probable cause Action
The battery is discharged. To restart the monitor, set the
ON /STDBY switch to STDBY,
connect the AC power cord to a
known good AC outlet, set the
Power switch to ON , and set the
ON /STDBY switch to ON
