(a) Multi-master communication

To perform master communication from the status in which stop condition is not detected (bus is not

released) after reset, generate stop condition and release bus before starting master communication.

In multi-master, master communication cannot be performed in the status in which bus is not released

(stop condition is not detected).

Generate stop condition with the following procedure.
