64 Using Features of US110

NOTES:

If [Use DHCP option] is specified for [Network Settings], waiting
time of approximately 5 seconds is required. Therefore, "7 seconds"
is specified for [Waiting time till reconnection] by the default.
However, when the address for the specified DHCP option number
is obtained within the specified time, US110 proceeds to the next
process.

If the static IP address is specified for [Network Settings], US110
waits for the time specified for [Waiting time till reconnection], then
proceeds to the next process. You can proceed the process by
clicking the [Cancel] button on the dialog [Process status (network
is preparing for connection)] displayed while waiting. If the static IP
address is used, you can shorten the time required for starting up
US110 by specifying the small value for [Waiting time till
reconnection].

In a network environment having network device which uses STP, it
requires waiting time of approximately 50 seconds until US110
becomes ready to use the network.

If you change setting in [Selection of a printer driver], remove the
printer specified in [Printers] of [Control Panel], then restart US110.

Before selecting a printer driver, disconnect the USB cable for the
printer from US110.

Extended printer driver does not support connection of printers of
same model. Thus, do not connect two or more printers of the same
model.

The number of printer models allowed for Extended printer driver is
up to five. If LPT6 is displayed when adding a printer, check to
[Delete Record of Printer Connections] to delete list of printers, then
specify printers you need to use.
