This Chapter explains how to maintain your US110 and helps you to identify and solve problems
that may occur while using your system.
Troubleshooting
Problem with US110
Failed to activate external module:

Switch to SSC Interaction is specified, but the download agent or logon agent is
not installed correctly. Install the download agent or logon agent, then specify
Switch to SSC Interaction.
NOTE:
To view information of installed application, click the System
icon and select Application tab.
Problems with Logon to Terminal Connection Manager
Failed to verify password:

The User Profile in upload server may be incorrect. Create User Profile again
using the Upload File application.
Cannot proceed to next step:

Press the [F2] key on Logon dialog of Terminal Connection Manager or Client
Management Option to open the Control Panel. Check the settings on Control
Panel.
Problem with RDP/ICA/SNTP Connections
Connection fails:
→
If the name resolution fails with NetBIOS name, use the fully qualified domain
name.
Incorrect: vpc-01
Correct: vpc-01.vpcc.nec.com
