LMR

Local Master Reset Bit

The Local Master Reset bit is used to reset the GPIB-1014 to a known
state. Setting this bit to a 1 drives the local reset line active while
clearing this bit releases the local reset line. The local reset line must
be left in the active state for at least 10 msec to ensure that the onboard
circuitry is reset properly.
