USE

6.1.

Control Panel

The control panel of the Bakershop ovens has three cooking phases, it allows managing the
humidity, temperature, time and fan speed parameters, and saving programs. In addition,
it has eight quick access programs.

The figure below shows the control panel for the Mychef Bakershop ovens. It consists of a
central screen with displays, indicators, and buttons.
