4.10. DO Measurement
Meter could measure DO concentration, DO saturation and electrode current. Meter has automatic
temperature compensation function and could make zero oxygen calibration, full scale calibration,
atmosphere calibration and salinity calibration.
When meter is used for first time, clean the DO electrode with distilled water and then insert
it into measured solution. When meter is turned on, you can make the measurement.
Meter can calculates, displays DO concentration (or saturation) and electrode current value
simultaneously.
If this is your first time using or long time not using the meter, please calibrate DO electrode
first, you can refer to chapter DO Calibration for details.
In ‘Setup Measurement Mode’, select DO parameter such as dissolved oxygen, saturation etc… to
start measurement of DO which is displayed as follows:
On upper side of the screen is current measurement data,
system time, DO measurement result, relevant DO
electrode current value and active temperature value.
