For easy use, meter has one special function, i.e. under
measurement mode, press ‘MODE’, the display of first window
will reversed display which means to select the first window.
At the same time pressing button displays ‘WINDOW’,
‘SELECT’ and ‘PARA’ which is shown as the left chart :
Press ‘SELECT’(F2) repeatedly you can select different windows in sequence. Press
‘WINDOW’(F1), you can switch selected window to first window. Press ‘PARA’(F3), you can
view the other parameter under present mode.
For example
, current measurement window is conductive measurement mode, press ‘PARA’(F3)
repeatedly, meter will switch between TDS, salinity, conductivity, resistivity and conductivity
(this method is not suitable for ion measurement mode). When view finishes without a keypress
for several seconds, meter will quit from the view state automatically.
a) Continuous Measurement Mode(Continuous Mode)
It is the most normal measurement mode, when you start measurement, meter will measure,
calculate continuously and display measurement result. During measurement, user could view
measurement parameter, calibrate electrode, store or print measurement result. When
measurement finishes, you can press ‘CANCEL’ key, then press ‘ENTER’ key to exit the
measurement mode.
b) Timed Measurement Mode(Timed Reading)
It is particularly setup for easy use.
For example
, if you need to measure conductive data continuously in 30 minutes, you can select
Timed Reading. When measurement starts, meter will automatically measure, calculate and
display measurement result till specified time interval and then to save the measurement data
automatically (if USB interface is connected with computer, meter will print automatically) and
start next measurement.
Press ‘CANCEL’ key, and then press ‘ENTER’ key to exit from Timed Reading.
If you select Timed Reading, you need to set interval time again, the default settings is 10 minutes.
c) Balance Measurement Mode(Balance Mode)
It is another measurement mode. Firstly setup balance condition
(please refer to ‘setup balance
condition’ chapter for detailed operation).
When measurement starts, meter will automatically measure, calculate and display measurement
result. As soon as the measurement meets the set balance condition, measurement finishes.
