Cutting Pulse Offset:
Offset register for virtual displacement of the physical
cutting pulse (generated from encoder index or by
proximity). Setting in +/- encoder increments. This
register makes superfluous a precise mechanical
adjustment of the location of the pulse (the virtual
cutting pulse must be located exactly in the peak
position of tool penetration).
