2-2 REGLAGE DE LA DOSE/HECTARE DE LA
RAMPE HELICIDE COMBINEE
Le réglage de la dose/hectare se fait à l’aide des pignons de
l’entraînement hélicide combiné (un pignon moteur 2 dentures (A fig.
1 et 4), un pignon récepteur 5 dentures (B fig. 1, 3 et 4)).
Le réglage dépend du choix des pignons interchangeables de
l’entraînement Microsem.
Pour réaliser le réglage :
1 - Ouvrir le carter double d’entraînement (C fig. 2)
2 - Positionner la chaîne sur les dentures correspondantes (voir
tableau ci-contre).
Lors du réglage, attention à bien positionner la chaîne par rapport au
galet (voir tableau ci-contre et fig. 4 montage n°1 ou n°2).
Ce réglage doit se faire après le réglage de l’entraînement
Microsem et il sera à refaire si le réglage de l’entraînement Microsem
est modifié.
Plusieurs paramètres peuvent faire varier les débits
(granulométrie, hygrométrie, …). Ils sont à vérifier obligatoirement sur
le terrain par un essai préalable afin de pouvoir rectifier le réglage si
nécessaire pour obtenir réellement la dose/hectare désirée.

réglage du débit qui reste à l’appréciation de l’utilisateur.
2-2 SETTING THE DOSE/HECTARE FOR THE
COMBINED SLUG KILLER RAMP
Dose per hectare is set using the combined slug killer drive sprockets
(a 2-tooth pinion gear (A fig. 1 and 4), a 5 tooth input driven gear (B
fig. 1, 3 and 4)).
The setting depends on the choice of the interchangeable sprockets
for the Microsem drive.
To set:
1 - Open the double drive housing (C fig. 2)
2 - Position chain on the corresponding teeth (see table opposite).
When setting, be careful to properly position chain in relation to the
roller (see table opposite and fig. 4 assembly n°1 or n°2).
This setting should be carried out after setting the Microsem
drive and will need to be carried out if the setting of the Microsem
drive is changed.
A number of parameters can cause variations in flow (particle
size, humidity, etc.). They should therefore be tested beforehand in
the field in a preliminary trial so as to adjust settings if necessary to
obtain the actual dose per hectare desired
