MISE EN ROUTE - START-UP

1-1 PREPARATION DE LA MACHINE
- A la livraison, vérifier que le châssis soit complet.
- Vérifier que le châssis n’a subi aucun dommage en cours de
transport et qu’il ne manque aucune pièce. Seules les réclamations
formulées à réception de la machine pourront être prises en
considération.
- Faire constater d’éventuels dégâts par le transporteur.
- En cas de doute ou de litige, adressez-vous à votre revendeur
- Le châssis ne doit être utilisé que pour les travaux pour lesquels il a
été conçu.
1-2 MANUTENTION
- Ne manutentionner le châssis qu’à l’aide de la flèche ou de
l’attelage 3 points si la flèche est démontée.
- Poser le châssis sur un sol plat.
1-3 ATTELAGE
- Atteler la flèche au tracteur (fig. 1). Brocher (C fig. 1) et goupiller.
- Retirer la béquille (A fig. 1). Un support sur la flèche (fig. 2) est
prévu pour recevoir la béquille.
1-4 REGLAGES
- Aplomb : ajuster la longueur du tirant 3 ème point (B fig. 2) pour que,
semoir posé au sol, la face supérieure du tube de châssis soit
parallèle au sol (fig. 3).
1-5 TRANSMISSION
- Lire attentivement la notice jointe avec la transmission.
- Le régime de rotation est inscrit sur le carter de la turbine.
- Le cardan ne doit pas atteindre un angle trop important (voir notice
jointe avec la transmission) : si c’est le cas, réduire le régime de la
prise de force en bout de champ (normalement à 400trs/min, les
graines restent encore aspirées).
1-1 PREPARING THE MACHINE
- On delivery, check that frame is complete.
- Check that it has not been damaged in any way during carriage and
that no parts are missing. Only complaints formulated upon receipt of
the machine will be taken into account.
- Have carrier record any eventual damage.
- In doubt or in case of dispute, contact your retailer.
- The frame should only be used for purposes for which it was
designed.
1-2 HANDLING
- Handle the frame only with the boom or the 3-point hitch if the boom
has been dismounted.
- Place the frame on flat ground.
1-3 HITCHING
- Attach boom to tractor (fig. 1). Insert pin (C fig. 1) and stop bolt.
- Remove landing gear (A fig. 1). There is a support on the boom (fig.
2) for the landing gear
1-4 ADJUSTING
- Perpendicular: adjust length of 3 point counter-boom tie (B fig. 2) so
that when the planter is on the ground, the upper side of the frame
tube is parallel to the ground (fig. 3).
1-5 TRANSMISSION
- Carefully read the instructions which come with the transmission.
- The rotational pattern is inscribed on the turbine casing.
- The universal joint should not be at too great an angle (see
instructions with transmission): if this is the case, reduce the power
take off speed at the end of the field (normally at 400rpm, the seeds
still remain sucked in).
