9) Take out the silver screw from the bottom part of the checker patterned
     target and turn the checker patterned target upwards.
    When the checker patterned target is standing straight up insert the
    silver screw back on at the designated location at the bottom part of the
    checker patterned target and into the center pole. When done screw on
    the "butterfly" tightening seal.
