Connect the Vision Sensor Unit to the appropriate windshield-
mounting adapter using the two Philips type screws on the bottom
side of the vision sensor body.

e.

Clean the intended vision sensor installation location on the
windshield using an alcohol wipe to remove oily or other remains

f.

Wipe the installation area on the windshield by thoroughly using a

dry wipe

(important since the alcohol wipe that removes oily

substances may leave marks on the windshield that will obstruct
the VSU field of view)

g.

Mark a horizontal line of the position of the intended base of the
vision sensor using tape or a marker. The marking should be
accurately horizontal.

NOTE: At this point, the VSU installation is stopped, to be continued later.
